- Traffic Delays: Common during peak season; delays of 10-15 hours may occur.
- Helicopter Services: Weather-dependent and may face cancellations or delays.
- Meals: Due to early departures or delays, meals may be missed. No refunds for missed meals.
Day 01 :
Delhi to Haridwar (210 km/7-8 hrs)
- Depart from Delhi to Haridwar.
- Check-in at the hotel.
- Visit Har Ki Pauri for Ganga Aarti and Mansa Devi Temple.
- Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 02 :
Haridwar to Barkot (210 km/7-8 hrs)
- Depart from Haridwar to Barkot.
- Check-in at the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 03 :
Barkot to Yamunotri and back (44 km/1 hr each side + 5 km trek each side)
- Early morning drive to Yamunotri.
- Trek to Yamunotri Temple and return to Barkot.
- Overnight stay in Barkot.
Day 04 :
Barkot to Uttarkashi (100 km/4 hrs)
- Depart from Barkot to Uttarkashi.
- Check-in at the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 05 :
Uttarkashi to Gangotri and back (100 km/3-4 hrs each side)
- Drive to Gangotri, visit Gangotri Temple and Bhagirathi Shila.
- Return to Uttarkashi.
- Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.
Day 06 :
Uttarkashi to Guptkashi/Sitapur (220 km/8-9 hrs)
- Depart from Uttarkashi to Guptkashi.
- Check-in at the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Guptkashi/Sitapur.
Day 07 :
Guptkashi/Sitapur to Kedarnath (30 km by road + 14 km trek)
- Drive to Sonprayag, then take a local cab to Gaurikund.
- Trek to Kedarnath Temple.
- Overnight stay in Kedarnath (camps/hotel).
Day 08 :
Kedarnath to Guptkashi/Sitapur
- Trek back to Gaurikund and drive to Guptkashi/Sitapur.
- Overnight stay in Guptkashi/Sitapur.
Day 09 :
Guptkashi to Joshimath (165 km/7 hrs)
- Depart from Guptkashi to Joshimath.
- Check-in at the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 10 :
Joshimath to Badrinath and back
- Drive to Badrinath, visit Badrinath Temple and Mana Village.
- Return to Joshimath.
- Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 11 :
Joshimath to Rishikesh
- Depart from Joshimath to Rishikesh.
- Explore Ram Jhula and Triveni Ghat.
- Overnight stay in Rishikesh.
Day 12 :
Rishikesh to Delhi (210 km/7-8 hrs)
- After breakfast, check out and drive back to Delhi.
- End of the tour.

What are the optional expenses?
Pony (₹4,000–₹5,500), Doli (₹5,000–₹8,000), Helicopter (₹4,250–₹7,250), and VIP Darshan charges.
What is the cancellation policy?
40% cancellation fee if canceled before 10 days of departure.
50% cancellation fee if canceled before 7 days of departure.
No refund if canceled within 7 days of departure.
